I have successfully installed these CC's on other MACs in my department including my own. just a lot quicker when CC begins the install. It just recreates the folder and I still get the error. I removed the folder when I logged in as root user and even pulled out the folders.

I don't know if what have included in bold is my problem. I have also created a root user to dig deeper into my serious problem, but I don't see a fix. I have also deleted the Adobe folders with the Application Folders (Included the hidden one) as last resort. I have Built CC's from the 2012, 2014, 2015 and the latest 2017. Everytime I try to install CC which contains Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and many more I get this error.
